"Our core service is game hire with delivery, setup, and collection. We can also arrange staffed operation and brand ambassador support as part of your hire package. Full creative and experiential production is outside our scope, but we work comfortably alongside agencies and event production teams."

"How far in advance do I need to book?"

"2–4 weeks covers most bookings. If branding is required, earlier is better - custom-branded games need artwork sign-off and print production time (typically 5–10 working days). Shorter lead times are sometimes possible depending on availability - get in touch and we'll advise."

"Yes. Delivery, professional setup, and collection are all included in your quote. There is no separately itemised delivery charge. Your quote is a single all-inclusive figure for the hire period."

"Yes - we deliver across the UK. Delivery costs vary by location and are included in your quote. Major exhibition venues including the NEC Birmingham, ExCeL London, Manchester Central, and Olympia are all regular delivery locations."

"Yes - full custom branding is a core part of what we offer. Branded panels, custom graphics, logo application, and campaign-specific elements are all available. We'll ask for your brand assets or brief when you confirm the hire. Branding is included in branded hire packages."

"We accept artwork in AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF format. If you have a creative brief rather than finished artwork, we can discuss design as part of the hire. We'll provide artwork specifications with your booking confirmation."

"Yes - staffed operation and brand ambassador support can be arranged and quoted as part of your hire. A skilled game host significantly improves engagement rates and throughput at busy events. Let us know when you enquire if staffing is a requirement."

"What space and power requirements do the games have?"

"Plinko and Batak Lite each require approximately 2m × 2m of operating space and a standard 13-amp power socket. The prize wheel can be operated without power in its mechanical format. Specific dimensions are provided with each quote."

"The mechanical prize wheel is suitable for dry outdoor conditions. Plinko and Batak Lite are indoor/covered outdoor products. We'll advise on suitability when you describe your event environment."
